These Terms of Service govern your use of https://aisinsuranceinc.com and any AIS web property, form or portal that links to them. They are an agreement between you and AIS USA Inc, doing business as AIS Multi Insurance.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting a quote or contact form, or signing in to the AIS client portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an employer or other organization, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

What this site covers

AIS is an independent insurance agency. We advise on, quote and place insurance coverage and then service it. We are not an insurance company and we do not underwrite, issue or pay claims.

Everything published on this site is general information for US employers and individuals. It is not an offer of insurance, a contract of insurance, a guarantee of coverage or a quotation. Plan availability, benefits, eligibility rules, waiting periods, exclusions and premiums vary by carrier, state, group size and plan year. Coverage exists only when a carrier has issued a policy, and the issued policy, certificate and any endorsements govern in every case, not this website.

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or medical advice. Our compliance support helps you prepare and file required documents, but for a formal opinion on your situation, consult your own attorney or CPA.

Quote requests and enquiries

• Submitting a quote request or contact form starts a conversation; it does not bind coverage, reserve rates or create an insurance contract.
• Quotes we provide are indicative and subject to carrier underwriting, verification of the census and eligibility data, and the carrier's own terms and effective dates.
• You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you have authority to share information about the individuals you list. Incorrect census, hire date or eligibility information can invalidate a quote or delay coverage.
• By giving us your contact details you agree that AIS may respond by phone, email or fax about your enquiry.

Client and HR portal accounts

Portal access is granted to authorised representatives of AIS clients. If you are issued an account:

• Keep your credentials confidential and do not share a login between people. Ask us for additional accounts instead.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
• Use the portal only for the benefits administration of the organization your account is assigned to, and only for employees whose data you are authorised to handle.
• Tell us immediately at 281-769-1180 if you believe an account has been compromised, or if a user leaves your organization.
• We may suspend or revoke access to protect client data, or when a service relationship ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, portal, account or data
• Probe, scan or test the security of our systems, or interfere with their operation
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content, contact details or client data
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or organization
• Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to share
• Use the site in a way that violates any applicable federal or state law, including insurance and privacy law

Intellectual property

The content, layout, graphics and code of this site are owned by AIS USA Inc or its licensors and are protected by US copyright and trademark law. The AIS name, logo and the tagline “Your Ambassadors for Protection” are our marks. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use in evaluating or administering coverage. Any other reproduction, redistribution or modification requires our written permission. Carrier names and logos referenced on this site remain the property of those carriers.

Third-party sites and carriers

This site links to carrier websites, enrollment portals and other third-party services. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Once you follow a link or enroll through a carrier or platform, that provider's own terms apply to your use of it.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that every plan detail described here reflects the latest carrier filing. This disclaimer applies to the website; it does not limit the professional obligations AIS owes to its clients under our service agreements or under Texas insurance licensing law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIS and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or the portal, even if we have been advised that such damages are possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIS USA Inc from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of this site or the portal, your breach of these terms, or your submission of information you were not authorised to share.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website or these terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date shown on this page tells you when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
